Professional Profile
My work sits at the point where business operations, technology, analytics and client delivery become interdependent. I am most useful when a requirement does not belong neatly to one department: processes have developed around immediate needs, information is distributed across several systems, ownership is unclear, and implementation carries operational or commercial risk.
My professional path combines biotechnology engineering, regulated pharmaceutical work, business management, client consultation, digital analytics, infrastructure management and product-system development. These are not separate or competing directions. Together, they have shaped a disciplined way of understanding complex environments: identify the dependencies, translate technical and commercial requirements, establish a workable structure, validate the implementation and retain visibility after launch.
Today, I apply that approach through Xdemór Group and its operating brands. My work includes digital infrastructure, client portals, analytics and acquisition environments, CRM and support operations, managed hosting, business-process digitalisation and the controlled development of service-management systems.

I lead a UK-based digital services group operating across technology consulting, digital services, hosting, analytics and advertising. My role is deliberately cross-functional because the client’s actual problem rarely exists inside one platform or discipline.
I work across business analysis, client consultation, digital infrastructure, analytics, product direction and controlled implementation. Instead of treating websites, CRM, hosting, support, billing and reporting as separate purchases, I structure them as connected operating environments with identifiable dependencies, responsibilities and development paths.
Digital Operating Environments: Designed, configured and managed connected environments involving websites, secure client portals, CRM workflows, support systems, billing and subscription processes, booking and form workflows, policy centres and multi-brand administration.
Product Systems: Define operational requirements, system rules, user journeys and acceptance criteria for product and platform development. My work includes directing implementation, reviewing behaviour, testing changes and controlling deployment rather than treating development as an isolated coding exercise.
Forttier Product Direction: Lead the ongoing development of Forttier, a service-management environment for clinics and appointment-based businesses. The work brings together client management, staff access, services, bookings, packages, forms, documentation, payments, invoicing, analytics and operational controls.
Infrastructure & Continuity: Manage hosting environments, migrations, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, business email configuration, backups, capacity dependencies, performance issues and recovery considerations across client and group-owned properties.
Analytics & Acquisition: Work with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Screaming Frog, Google Looker Studio and related reporting environments to investigate performance, search visibility, user behaviour, campaign activity and technical implementation problems.
Controlled Delivery: Use isolated testing, checkpoints, staged releases, validation and rollback planning where changes could affect live operations, customer information, payments or availability.
Client & Commercial Ownership: Manage client relationships across the United Kingdom, United States and Europe, including discovery, proposals, project scope, commercial terms, delivery coordination, performance reporting and the ongoing development of services.
Agency & Partner Delivery: Provide consulting, infrastructure, tracking and implementation support to agencies and their clients, including work delivered in support of Ombre Agency. This requires operating behind the visible agency relationship while maintaining technical clarity, delivery standards and client confidentiality.
